Seeking for the extreme

They look like ghosts.
Tall and thin and silent they yearn for the storm,
seek for the lightning.
They sail in small boats to their island,
wait for the thunder and when the storm begins,
they become dangerous to touch.
Thunder and lightning electrify them
and they start to glow.

I love this whimsical piece and I can see that they have my eyes! I laughed out loud when I discovered that the Hattifatteners collectively own, of all things, a barometer! :D

And that barometer is so important for them, Mick! How would they otherwise head towards a storm????

Your eyes...?? So, you're one of them! Dangerous and full of electricity!

Olisit nyt laittanut ne keltaisiksi :)

Hattivatit on aina kiva aihe. Enemmän sähköä jonnekin.

Maybe Mick is one of them. He's just going around in the disguise of a human being.

Eihän nyt sentään keltaisiksi, ovat vielä etsimässä sähköä, Jussi.

Hattivatit ovat aika sympaattisia, chrome3d, mukavan hiljaisia:))

But that is classified infomation, Little sis!

Hattivatit tuli minullekin ekana mieleen.

lovely, I sadly have no idea what you are all talking about. But the work, it speaks for itself, I love it all the same.

Finnish is quite impossible to understand, but luckily pictures are international, Benconservato.

I had some Hattifnatts in Fécamp last October. Those who want to study them can find them here.

Oh, I looked at your photo and noticed I was also the first to comment...we've come a long way together, HPY!
