Yes, great Halloween stamps for some utopistic state, Mick!

Halloween goes Warhol, Araneida, what a nightmare!

Thank you, Diane.

Bright colours for the gloomy autumn, Elegia. Have to do something to cheer up...

... and Halloween in multi-colour, not only orange! Any Halloween celebration in Finland? Here in France it was tried for a couplle of years, but it seems now to be almost forgotten.

In Finlad there's no Halloween, although for some last years it has been tried to bring also into Finnish tradition. Mostly by shop-keepers who'd like to sell all kinds of this and that for Halloween.
Younger people and children are into the festing, I've noticed, but the tradition is still quite new here and not Finnish by its origin.

My nightmare for Halloween is, I might turn up in full costume and regalia at a party, only to find the rest of the guests in regular clothes. Agghh!

SusuPetal said...

That is a nightmare indeed, Kenneth! Speaking of mixing...

Oh so cute pumpkins. Like Warhol indeed. And I like Warhol. And like Mick said, very Susu!

Happy Halloween to everyone, though I know that in Finland it is not so big thing. It is very interesting to me see first time the real American Halloween.

I believe a basically Irish and US tradition. It was artificailly tried to bring it also to the French market, but after a few years, it has now more or less been forgotten. Similar to the Finnish experience!

Festivites is a good thing in the dark autumn, I have nothong against it, but all that selling and buying to celebrate some holidays, is not my thing. It's funny one has to consume to be able to have a feast.
