The poems and the stories that come out, are not necessarily happy, they don’t hale the glory of the sun and warmth. I’m able to linger in dark shades even if the light is bright outside my window, that’s no problem for me. The most important thing is that I feel happiness in writing and that I do right now.
Poems and fiction in English by a writer from Finland. International pictures also included. Some facts, too. Occasionally.

Here I go again
The joy of summer has made me find once again the joy of writing. Ideas rush through my head, stories seem to write themselves. Thoughts just don’t occur to me, they make their way in a very persistent way and force me to make small –usually mental- notes what to write about. I feel the flood of inspiration throbbing through my veins, the heart beats enthusiastically and words chant in my mind.

A wonderful photo of you stretched out on the pier, Susu! :D
Yes, don't I look like a flower, Mick:)) You got the meaning right away!!!
I love Water Lillies, as I always lived close to water (well who wouldn't in Finland).
A really beautiful picture.
Summer became so suddenly.....Don't be too lazy, I enjoy so much your stories, but of course summer is short, so I guess we also better relax and enjoy the laziness…
The flowers we usually see in Midsummer are to be enjoyed now.. too soon.
Yes, Kirsi, I believe one has to be lazy! For some time at least:) But I've already written stories and poems, they just wait to be released in some of my bloggs.
Liisa, that's true. Midsummer roses are in full bloom. That is early and we'll see what we'll have left at the end of the summer. Dried trees?
