The magic of music

My upstairs neighbour has bought a slide trombone.
He’s still learning to play.

Listening to him is interesting and it brings to my mind an old song by Eddie Cantor. “If I give up the saxophone (will you come back to me?)”

Music really turns you on or off.

The sound of a trombone is music to one's ears. Compare that to being surrounded by pianists (who can't play but don't know it). Lucky you.

The sound of a trombone takes my thoughts to Africa and I can hear the horns from a herd of elephants...yes, lucky me, travelling without leaving my sofa :))

Don't shoot the pianist...

And, thank you for the music.

What about newborn violonists?

Yes...violin is also something! Oh dear...I remember, once in Stockholm, a boy, maybe 10 years old, who was standing in the tube station, playing his violin. When I saw him, I immediatly thought that his parents had told him to practise somewhere else than at home -a tube station is a noisy place, violin music doesn't disturb anybody.
Or mayde he was just earning some money for his music lessons, who knows.

Funny neighbours:)) Well, I presume they didn't yell "håll käften", otherwise you'd understood it!
