Yes, Mick, I've been playing with alphabets before, too. In my main Finnish blog I published a year ago a "new" alphabets-book for nowadays children who start the school -a modern version of how to learn the ABC: there were poems of every letter, (very free translation):

Anorexy-Anna
won't have butter on her bread
time went by
and now she's dead.

The poems caused somewhat discussion(positive one) and the main paper in Finland also wrote about my "book" in a column.

This autumn I published "maths" for grades 1-6, in the same style, maybe even more gloomier.

Yes, I'm weird, but I like it:)

Thanks to the link, listened to Richard, and although he's not my kind of music, I must admit that in a certain mood, he suits well (I'm rarely in such a mood...not mellow, not romantic).

Remember, Elegia, the Finnish PhotoThursday Challenge at 11!!!!
