Other Worlds

Tell me: when you
look at me, do you still
see the love in my eyes?
Do you see me at all?

Is there love in your eyes?

Tell me: am I still
the centre of your Universe?
Is your Universe the same
as it once was?

You and me.

Or has your world changed,
do you find other
spheres somewhere else?

Is that why you don’t
see me anymore? Are those
other worlds the reason you
won’t even look at me?

Where have you gone?

Where do I find myself now?
When did I lose myself?

Very actual poem as I've going around at the blogosphere. And I like it, you are true poet. :)

Universal thoughts haunt people:)

Universal you say? I know that to be true. This poem is the exact thing I've wanted to say to someone who took almost everything in the world that I had to give. There's no need to say it now, except to myself. Thank you for putting it into these beautiful words.

Thank you, Mick, for reading it. Feelings are universal, and that realization makes it easier to understand human beings from all around the world.
Love, hatred, fear, shame, envy, sorrow, joy and so on -true for everybody, no matter who you are, where you are, what you do.
Feelings are equal. They touch every soul.
