She’s a beautiful dreamer,
dreaming of her own private world,
in her own secret world,
dreaming her own faraway dreams,
shared by no one.
Beautiful dreamer,
smiling in her dreams,
so softly.
Look at her
and see the dream.
and be for a moment
a part of her world.
Look, but don’t touch,
don’t disturb her.
from her dreams.
And remember to love.
Lovely piece for The Dreamer!
ReplyDeleteDreaming is lovely:)
ReplyDeleteThat's a good way to sen us to your gallery.
ReplyDeleteAm I clever or not, HPY:)
ReplyDeleteSo, I promise only to look!
ReplyDelete... and now I looked also on your gallery! Really impressed!
ReplyDeleteHope you didn't touch, Peter:)
ReplyDeleteHaunting and beautiful; in fact, dreamlike.
ReplyDeleteGlad you think so, Mick, dreamlike was the vision I had in mind.
ReplyDeleteNice poem and good pic. I spend most of my days with my hair in my eyes. I sheepdog locks are me security blanket, I do think. Dreams are a hometown. You can go back to visit but you can't live there.
ReplyDeleteHair is like a veil, good to hide away from a world not so dreamlike.
ReplyDeleteI have no words to add. She really seems to be left alone.
ReplyDeleteLeft alone, or wanting to be alone. Who knows, Liisa.
ReplyDeletehi Susu, hope your well, you wrote beautiful poems
ReplyDeleteThanks, Trijnie, I'm well, nice to hear from you.
ReplyDeleteYou are a very clever dreamer.
ReplyDeleteI like the dandelion picture. When you squint your eyes at lights they look like dandelions.
ReplyDeleteA make believer, chrome3d.
ReplyDeleteScaughtfive, that's true, you see stars and diamonds.
Just look, don't touch -- that's something we should note & respect about young people. Especially dirty old men should learn this lesson well ;)
ReplyDeleteDirty old men and nousy old women, too:)
